Commitment Agreement

A promise to myself & my group

I'm joining the Inner Circle because I want real friendships, genuine connection, and a community that feels supportive and meaningful. I understand that those relationships grow when we show up, lean in, and make an effort — together. By signing this agreement, I'm committing to myself and to my group to be present and engaged over the next 12 weeks.

I commit to:

Showing Up

  • Making my weekly playdates a priority whenever possible
  • Communicating if I can't attend
  • Remembering that my presence matters to the group

Leaning In

  • Reaching out instead of waiting for someone else to make the first move
  • Staying engaged in group chats and conversations
  • Making an effort to connect beyond our scheduled meetups

Being Present

  • Being mentally and emotionally present during our time together
  • Listening, participating, and getting to know the women in my group

Giving What I Hope to Receive

  • Checking in on my mamas
  • Celebrating wins and supporting one another through harder moments
  • Being the kind of friend I'm hoping to build

Trusting the Process

  • Understanding that friendships take time
  • Staying open even if things feel awkward at first
  • Remembering that consistency is what builds real connection

My Promise:

I promise to lean in, show up, and do the work required to build real, lasting friendships with these incredible women. I promise to be patient with the process, vulnerable with my heart, and present with my time. I promise to check in, reach out, and not wait for someone else to make the first move.
